Forge
Our forging shop offers production of close-die forgings up to weight of 24kg, up to diameter of 300mm and length 500mm made of various steel grades - carbon steel, alloy steel and magnetic stainless steel.

We proces over 3 000 tun of steel annually.

Tool Shop
Dies and tooling is made in our Tool Shop.

Induction heating
Our forging shop has 3 forging lines equipped with induction heating.

Heat treatment
Our forgings are offered also with heat treatment process.

Machining
We can deliver finally machined parts.

Surface treatment
Surface treatment ( zinc coating, galvanizing / hot-dip galvanizing; tin plating; painting) are also available.

Product certificates
We provide certificates of chemical analysis and mechanical tests (NDT) according to customer´s requirements.
